How do I sign up as a Team Assistant?
Your club's org admin will need to assign you as a team assistant to the team first. Once you have been added, you will receive an email invitation to signup.
Why do I need to provide a Government ID and Social Security number?
Since you will be a cosigner on a banking account, our banking partner is required to verify your identity. None of this information will be stored in Snap! Spend, it is only used to apply for your banking account with Evolve Bank & Trust per federal customer due diligence requirements.
My access to team banking has been disabled. How do I fix it?
If you see the yellow banner on your team assistant account, there is an issue with verifying the submitted information. Follow the link 'Click here to update your info.' to resolve the issue.
For example, the photo of your ID may not have met the photo requirements from our banking partner, so you will see that this section has been marked as invalid, as shown below. You will want to re-upload a new photo of your ID and confirm by clicking Update.
I have resubmitted my Government ID or Social Security number. Now what?
Your updated documentation will be reviewed by our banking partner. Please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated. Submitting your information more than once may result in delays.
Can a Permanent Resident (green card holder) sign up to be a Team Assistant?
Yes! Permanent residents are considered a US Person in the W-9 certification. You can enter in a Taxpayer Identification Number in place of the Social Security number.
How do I add another team assistant to my team?
Your club organizer will be able to help you out with this - reach out to the club directly about adding other assistants.
