Having a Snap! Spend debit card is a great way to pay for external things such as team meals and tournaments, all while keeping your spending transparent! Below are some common questions about our debit cards for Club Admins. If you are a team assistant and have a question about your card, click HERE .
How many debit cards can I assign?
Each team can have up to two debit cards assigned to team assistants. Only the admins have the ability to assign debit cards.
I'm not seeing a Team Assistant in the Debit Card dropdown. Why?
This usually means that the Team Assistant is not yet verified by our partner bank. You can reach out to us via the chat widget or at spend.support@onsnap.com to check on the status of the Team Assistant's account. For common Team Assistant verification issues, click HERE .
When can I expect to receive my Snap! Spend debit card?
When your club has assigned a debit card, it will take 10-14 business days for the card to be printed and delivered to the club's address. Our debit cards are shipped by USPS mail service and currently, we do not have tracking on the debit cards, so if it has been longer than 20 business days and the card has not been received, please reach out to us at spend.support@onsnap.com .
What happens if a card is lost or stolen?
Make sure that the cardholder has deactivated the card ASAP. You can then delete their card and re-issue them a new one by going to the Debit Cards tab for their team, and using the dropdown on the right of their card to select Delete Card. You can re-issue it to them by then clicking Unassigned Card and selecting that team assistant from the dropdown.
If there are any fraudulent charges on the card, the cardholder can dispute them, steps of which can be found HERE .
How to raise the debit card spending limit on a selected card
Most debit cards start out at a daily spending limit of $2,000. However, debit cards can be raised to a maximum limit of $10,000 per day. In order to raise the limits on a card, Club Admins can reach out to us at spend.support@onsnap.com with the cardholder's name and the last four digits of the card. Support can then raise the debit card limit for the user!
