Q: I just created my team and my banking is disabled. Why?
A: When you create a team, it can take 24-48 business hours to verify with our banking partner and be fully created. You may encounter a "Banking Disabled" message during this time. You will need to wait 24-48 business hours for this message to go away. If the message is still there for over 48 hours, please reach out to support.
Team Assistant Verification Issues
If you are a team assistant, and you are not verified, upon logging in, the website should prompt you as to the reason why in a banner at the top of the page. The most common reason for this verification issue would be an ID uploaded incorrectly (other reasons could be a typo in social security number, address, etc). The ID for team assistant verification must be:
- A Valid Government ID. Passport or Driver’s License
- Not a Scanned Photo of the ID
- Cannot be Expired
- Must display all four corners and not have a glare
